The credits can be used to offset up to 100% of state income tax liability. In addition to Tier One Status, Interstate Centre is a “magnet” site for the Savannah Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ #104). With this status, current and future tenants are able to receive fast track status as they apply for FTZ status at a reduced cost.

Designed to facilitate sophisticated supply-chain logistics, and able to accommodate heavy trailer storage, deep truck courts, and ease of access to the Interstate System and the world’s shipping lanes. The park also will be able to accommodate a 2+ million square foot cross-dock facility.
